Sexism, racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia… Some of society’s biggest problems are the ones that people are most afraid to talk about. We facilitate these difficult conversations and equip you to continue having them.
Raising awareness about inequity isn’t enough - we must understand how we might contribute to the structures that uphold it. When we understand the problems, we can start actively doing something about them.
Beyond Diversity
The Beyond Diversity training is a chance to learn and talk about inequality, privilege and the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, faith, class, ability and body size. This is not a “tick-box” diversity training; it will give you the tools to commit to positive social change. It's suitable for staff and employees of all levels.
This is a 3-hour training for up to 16 participants.

Courageous Leadership
